September 22-27, 2014

Here is a quick update for the coming week.  
  • Monday Sept 22 - practice 3-4 pm.  Dryland.  Wear shorts, Tshirts, and running shoes.  Bring a water bottle even though I don't think it will be as hot as last week.  After practice we will make posters for the Noodles fundraiser.  There will also be a sign up sheet for swimmers to wave those posters, and hand out flyers to  people coming in. I will pass out flyers to swimmers.  Write your name on the back.  If you want more, you can copy them, or print out more: Noodles & Co Flyer  At the end of the fundraiser, the swimmer or diver who had the most flyers redeemed will win a free dinner for six people!
  • Tuesday Sept 23
    • Leopard Loop during lunch breaks at school.  The swim team will have a table.  Meghan and Eden will need help at the table encouraging students to try the swim team!   
    • Practice 3-4 pm.  Swimming.  Be ready to get in right at 3pm.
  • Wednesday Sept 24 - practice 3-4 pm. Dryland.  Wear shorts, T-shirts, and running shoes.  Noodles fundraiser 5-9 pm.  ALL swimmers are expected to help with this.
  • Thursday Sept 25 - practice 3-4 pm. Swimming.
  • Saturday Sept 27 - 9:00 am.  Paint the 'E'!  This will be a fun job to spruce up the 'E' before our pancake breakfast (Oct 4th). Report to the 'E' on 13th East at 9am.  Wear old clothes.  Bring a paint brush or roller and a scraper.  
We will have more details coming soon about the pancake breakfast and silent auction to be held October 4th.  We are still looking for donations, either to be included in a basket, or as an auction item.  Contact Joslin Wright with questions.  joslincw@gmail.com

Remember - Attendance requirements start October 6th.  Physicals and registration on registermyathlete.com must be completed by then for swimmers to participate and practice with the team.
